Customers are eligible for a $40,000 discount from the final settlement amount if the following conditions are met:
1. A deposit of a selected home is paid within the promotion period;
2. A real property contract for the sale of land (the Contract) is exchanged within 21 days of payment of the deposit; and
3. The Contract is settled within the Promotion Period.
